Return/ Exchange policy
- Return for an order is not available due to hygiene issues
- You can exchange a product for size/fit related issues. Exchange request to be raised within 24-48 hs from the day of receiving the product
- Pickup for exchanged product will be done within 3-4 business days from after the day the request is raised and the exchanged product will be delivered with 10-12 business days post the pickup.
- For empty/garbage box received, customer have to reach out to us within 24 hrs with the package opening video showing the invoice label of binge.
- Refunds for empty/garbage box will be processed with 3-4 business days from after the day the request is raised
